Jolyn Armstrong is a trauma recovery specialist with a personal understanding of what it means to have your life turned upside down. She works with individuals and families navigating some of life’s most painful seasons, including those impacted by trauma or grief stemming from serious health diagnoses, loss of a loved one, or any of the more than 40 other life events that can cause disruption in your life. She believes that healing is possible, not just for individuals, but for relationships, families, and communities.


She is a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, a Grief Recovery Specialist, and is trained in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal Theory.
