Jolyn Armstrong is a trauma recovery specialist with a personal understanding of what it means to have your life turned upside down. She works with individuals and families navigating some of life’s most painful seasons, including those impacted by trauma or grief stemming from serious health diagnoses, loss of a loved one, or any of the more than 40 other life events that can cause disruption in your life. She believes that healing is possible, not just for individuals, but for relationships, families, and communities.

She is a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, a Grief Recovery Specialist, and is trained in Somatic Embodiment and Regulation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Polyvagal Theory. As a certified breathwork practitioner, Jolyn incorporates nervous system regulation and body-based practices to help her clients restore a sense of calm and safety in their everyday lives.

Through a combination of evidence-based tools and compassionate support, Jolyn helps people rediscover hope, rebuild meaning, and reconnect with life, even after deep loss or crisis.

When she’s not working, Jolyn enjoys traveling with her husband and business partner, Jim, spending time with her three sons, watching documentaries, and experimenting with healthy food options.
